However, if you are unhappy with your selection, we will be happy to refund you in full provided the product is returned in good condition within 30 days of receipt. You can request either a refund or an exchange.

Please indicate if your return is an incorrect size ordered, we will happily exchange this return for a correct size. Please be aware that all orders are handmade and that your exchange may take some time to re-make the revised size ordered. We will advise you of the time required to re-make your selection.

If your return relates to a defective or damaged product, please accept our sincere apologies for this occurrence. We will happily replace your defective product and contact you as soon as a replacement is made for you.

We have enclosed a returns card in your original packaging, please read this carefully to understand our return policy. For purchases from USA please send your returned item in original packaging with the returns card detailing the reason for your return to our warehouse in Ohio by economy post. Please ensure to select some form of tracking for this parcel, we will not be held responsible for lost mailed items. We will confirm when we have received your returned parcel.

For purchases made throughout Europe, UK and the rest of the world please send your parcel to us directly to the address provided in your original packaging, together with our returns card detailing the reason for your return. Please ensure to select economy post with some form of tracking for the returned parcel. We will confirm when we receive your return.
